I gave up my job as a Mathematics teacher at Brentwood School to become a vegetarian caterer in 1980. My aim is to impress as many tastebuds as possible with international gourmet vegetarian food using healthy ingredients such as fresh fruit and vegetables and high quality wholefoods. I consistently provide food for several thousand people each year at buffets, cookery demonstrations and musical festivals | ||||||||||||||||||||
