Francois Raymond

Francois has been working with me on the stall for many years and has a deep knowledge of my dishes and the ingredients used in them. He has helped me develop new dishes and menu ideas and has considerably improved some of my existing recipes to this day!

Jon and Jacob Wroe

Jon and Jacob have worked on the stall for several years at some of the busier festivals such as Glastonbury and Cropredy. Their ability to communicate well with customers is a valuable attribute to the stall and they increase the spirit of the working environment. 

Dave Griffiths

Dave, who has been working with me for over 10 years, confined now to Cropredy, brings his mathematical skills to bear when we are extremely busy and his joviality keeps us sane!
